Rescheduling/No Show/Cancellation policy: Lotus Day Spa requires a 24 hour notice for any change in scheduling. There is a 50% fee for the total cost of your services and must be paid before any future appointments may be scheduled

Card On File Policy: Lotus Day Spa requires a form of payment on file to cover our Rescheduling/No Show/Cancellation Fee.

Small Children In the Spa: Lotus Day Spa is a place for relaxation and respite. We reserve the right to reschedule a service for anyone accompanied by a minor who is not receiving services.

Gratuity: Lotus Day Spa does not automatically add a tip for your service provider. The amount of gratuity is at your discretion and should be commensurate to the quality of care you feel you received.

Signed Consent/Waivers: Lotus Day Spa requires signed consent forms for Waxing, Massage, Facial, Minors and Lash Services as well as Liability Release Forms at the discretion of your service provider.

What should I wear? Lotus does not have a dress code. We encourage our guests to wear whatever attire they feel comfortable in. We offer robes to all of our guests receiving multiple spa services as well as a locker to store belongings during the services. You may use a locker for ANY service you enjoy.
